Every year I watch Raymond Briggs' "The Snowman". Its the beautiful tale of a boy who builds a snowman, it comes to life and they have a magical adventure together. I was staring at the dvd case wondering what to sketch, before I knew it I had a doodle of myself with him. I scanned it and went nuts colouring. I tried to capture the feel of the picture but give it a Nic twist with more sharp/bold edges.

"The Snowman" and me - Thanks for the memories Raymond Briggs
Every year I watch Raymond Briggs' "The Snowman". Its the beautiful tale of a boy who builds a snowman, it comes to life and they have a magical adventure together. I was staring at the dvd case wondering what to sketch, before I knew it I had a doodle of myself with him. I scanned it and went nuts colouring.
