I've always loved "The Snowman" since I was a child, so I did this digital painting of myself with him in 2011

It was approaching Christmas 2014 so I thought i'd update the painting to include our current family members, my husband, our dog and kitty. :)

It was a Saturday morning, i was bored... I thought to myself hmmmm, what to draw... and Maynard popped into my head, as he so often does. So i looked up some reference photographs of him recently in his vineyard, and one popped up of him holding a gun.  So sketchbook in hand i sketched the rough pose, then scanned it. With no further reference I then took it into Flash to draw the line work.  I took some creative liberties and this is what came out.  Hope you like!

This is a digital painting, done for a chum's Birthday whilst he's off travelling in merry old New Zealand.  Seemed fitting to paint something Hobbit esque!  ...Oh and Gollum has dreds cuz he's based off of the Birthday Boy :).  Enjoy!

Down With Webster project complete - Aug/Sept 2011

This is a link to the latest Down With Webster music video!  Myself and Tim worked on the last video game section of the video, created the characters and backgrounds, and animated the section!  Such a fun project!!!  - This song will stick in my head happily forever! :D

Design Ideas for a short film

Top: This is a design of me in my High School Uniform approx Age 11.  The film is going to centre around me and my best friend and our developing relationship.












Bottom: The second design is an adapted version of the first, for the late section of High School - the "goth" phase.  The design will change a few times throughout the short along with how fashion and style changed throughout these years.

"Misaki" short flash animation

This is a short flash animation I created using Gemma Crombleholme's oriental girl design as a base.  I had a blast transferring her initial illustrative design into an animatable flash rig and even more fun animating it! Thanks to Gemma and Tim Martin for his After Effects Compositing help - you are a real whiz!  Enjoy folks!

Helping with Character Design on Pitch for "Space Missionaries"

In association with Solis Animation, a few of us got together and chipped away at an idea for a new show called "Space Missionaries" created by Mathias Horhager.  Both myself and Tim helped design, pose and animate on the pilot.  Here is an example of one of the characters I designed :).
